What is a Storyboard?

A Storyboard is a simple plan that shows how something works or how a process will work, step by step.

Why do you need a Storyboard?

Understand the process: Helps you see everything at once and not get confused.

To plan: Allows you to decide in advance what needs to be done.

For the team: So that the whole team (performers of operations) understands how everything will work.

For visibility: Shows how the system or project looks in action.

What does a Storyboard consist of?

Main idea: Where it all starts .

Steps: Individual actions that happen one after the other.

Links: Lines that show how one action moves into another.
